4. Premium Features and Subscription
Verbly Me offers premium features that can be accessed by subscribing to one of our paid plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees. We do not guarantee access to premium features once your subscription expires or if there is a failed payment.
4.1. Countable Assets
Any remaining countable assets such as messages or usage credits do not carry over to a new billing period, cannot be reused after the subscription expiry, and are not eligible for refunds. We encourage users to manage their assets carefully during the subscription period.
4.2. Refund Policy
Refunds are possible within the first 3 calendar days from the billing period start, counting the day we receive your refund request. The request should be sent as free-form email message to the address, provided at the bottom of this page. In this case, you are entitled to a full refund.
Alternatively, you can request a subscription cancellation in account settings, which will take effect from the next billing cycle.
5. No Warranty
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of our services. You acknowledge that the use of Verbly Me is entirely at your own risk.
